YCP Can I wear a green t-shirt? Ask Pawan Kalyan!
Pawan Kalyan: Focusing on the upcoming general election, Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan decided to tour the state in a yatra bus and opted for a specially designed vehicle. The vehicle was titled Varahi and is very similar to an army vehicle. Many objections were raised to the color of the vehicle.
The ruling YSRCP also joined the ranks and took aim at Pawan Kalyan. Former Minister Perni Nani reacted to the vehicle saying that the color green is not for everyone and only military vehicles should wear the color and even said the same is mentioned in the Indian Constitution.
This attack did not go down well with Janasena’s boss, Pawan Kalyan, who asked why the YSRCP has problems with everything related to it. He satirically shared a photo of a green T-shirt and asked whether or not he will be allowed to wear this T-shirt.
“First you stopped my movies, in Vishakapatnam U didn’t let me out of the vehicle and hotel room, and forced me to leave the city. In Mangalagiri U didn’t let my car out, then didn’t let me walk and now the color of the vehicle has changed.” It’s become a problem. Okay, should I stop breathing? Next…” Janasena’s boss Pawan said on Twitter.
Pawan Kalyan listed the problems he faced with the YSRCP and asked if the party would ask him to stop breathing. Since his movies were dealt with for cinema ticket fees and his Vizag tour was canceled citing ore law and order issues, he even mentioned the Mangaalgiri row where his vehicle stopped.
Although the movie ticket lineup was a huge blow to the entire industry, Pawan Kalyan’s films were mostly directed and we saw this with Bheema Nayak. Officials went to work making sure tickets were sold at fixed prices. Seeing this, some theaters were closed. They put up signs saying that because of the lower prices they cannot run the show.
While Pawan Kalyan’s movies were forced to strictly follow the rule, we didn’t hear the same thing when other movies were released. The likes of Akhanda and Pushpa were also released, but they were not attacked.
