15 members of a family from Madhya Pradesh went for a picnic on Sunday at Ramdaha Falls, 300 km from Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh state. Seven people went missing while bathing in the plunge pool at the falls. Officials arrived at the scene on information from locals. Relief measures have been taken. Police later found two bodies and took them to hospital. The State Disaster Response Force and the police called off the search operation due to darkness. The operation began on Monday morning.
