After completing the application form, take an impression. Submit the application form to Officer-in-Charge (Apprenticeship), Naval Dockyard Trainee School, VM SO Naval Base, PO-Visakhapatnam-530 014, Andhra Pradesh. Remember that the last date to get to the form is January 9th.
