Overview:
GRADUATES POSTGRADUATES JOB VACANCIES IN SLICE: Slice is hiring a Business & Strategy Fellow at their Bangalore location. As a member of our Business and Strategy team, you will be responsible for working across various divisions of the company from a strategy and implementation standpoint. You will act as a catalyst to establish new processes and reshape existing ones by working closely with product, business, data, and risk management teams.

What will you be doing:
Work with stakeholders to establish/revamp appropriate processes for accelerated growth.
Manage relationships with external suppliers related to operations.
Work with the product team to define product requirements tailored to internal operational processes.
Create team structures and roles to better deliver the operations process once it’s set up.
Work across the board to anticipate future issues that will arise due to growth.
Qualifications for this job:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from Tier 1 universities.
1-4 years of experience in operations/analytics/consulting or generalist roles in startups.
Exceptional organization and planning skills. We would love to have a Monica or an Amy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ownership and responsibility for problem resolution during the time of need.
